Cristiano Ronaldo was voted best player of the year by the football associations of England Professionals (ATP) in which the Catalan Cesc Fàbregas was also crowned as the best couple

For its part, Fábregas said he felt "very proud" with this "prestigious trophy."

"Football is a collective sport and always prefer to win titles with your teammates, although it is always nice to receive this type of award," said Spanish.
